This morning I woke up to a cold house and flooded basement. There was water in my furnace. I called other companies but didnt have any luck. When I called Kinzer Brett was at my house within a half an hour. Very professional, kind and understanding. He got the water out of my furnace and helped with getting some water out of the basement. I would refer Kinzer air to any one. Great company.

Our church AC unit went out just in front of 90+ degree weather. AFTER we had awarded the job to Kinzer Air, they found out we were having to cancel and/or move our evening service because of the heat. That was a Tuesday. They had the unit installed on Saturday. Brett Kinzer and a crew of 3 others gave up their Saturday before the July 4th holiday to make sure we would be comfortable that Sunday. Top notch work, great people, and they also offered the best price on comparable units. Kinzer Air is now our crew.

We moved into a home, here in Lewiston, ID., that had an electric stove. I just can’t cook on an electric stove. I bought a commercial style gas unit. Our house needed to have he hood ventilated through the roof, and a gas line passed through the basement up to he stove. To say that the Kinzer techs were fantastic is not enough. I was proud to have them in my home. So professional, and kind to us. The job was not as easy as we thought, but the boys, conquered each of them. They made it look easy; And, I have me new stove….Words can not say how much I thank them, John and James, very skilled, and I hope new friends.
